Ft. Mitchell Baptist
Be in prayer as we seek God’s wisdom in moving forward.
God loves every person just the way they are…but too much to leave them that way.
We celebrate changed lives at Ft. Mitchell Baptist.
Today you may just be browsing the web for churches, but tomorrow you could be a part of a life-changing encounter with God.
Join us Sunday mornings; Bible Study begins at 9:30, with the Worship Service directly following at 10:45 am. We provide free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate each Sunday!
Or, you may want to give us a call at 859-331-2160 and we’ll be glad to speak with you personally. Click here for more information on what to expect on your first visit to Fort Mitchell Baptist Church.
SUGGESTIONS FOR BY-LAW CHANGES: As discussed in the February business session, please submit your suggestions for by-law changes by March 14, 2014. A form for your suggestions is located in the Connect Center as well as a collection box. Thank you, in advance, for your input.
Our Snow Policy
Our policy during the Winter is pretty simple. WE WILL ALWAYS HAVE CHURCH on Sunday mornings. You don’t need to worry with checking the listings or getting a phone call…and we don’t want to trust the weather man to get it right. BUT…we want you to use your discretion about safety. Please don’t risk it if you have a steep drive or travel from a great distance. If you would like a ride, contact someone and we’ll bring you. Be safe, but we’ll only cancel if there’s a Level 3 Snow Emergency!

There are hungry children in Northern Kentucky! When a child comes to school hungry, he has difficulty learning. Schools provide a free breakfast and lunch for qualifying students, but what about on the weekends?
Backpack Buddies is a program that sends home donated packaged food items every weekend with those students.
Goodridge Elementary currently has students who benefit from this program. The food items are bagged by adults and special education students. No names are used, but the bags identified only with numbers, are then distributed to the homeroom teachers of the qualifying students. The bags are later placed in the appropriate backpacks to go home.
The success of Backpack Buddies depends on the weekly donations of packaged food items for this program. You may drop items off at the church office beginning this week.
Breakfast Items include – Boxes of cereal or Breakfast bars.
Lunch Items include – Canned meat such as tuna, Mac and Cheese or a jar of Peanut Butter.
Snacks – Granola Bars, individual bagged pretzels, crackers or raisins.
Fruits and Vegetables – Canned green beans, corn or carrots and cans of fruit or fruit cups.
